Wouter behaalde zijn Bachelor degree (bc.) aan Zuyd University in facility management, en haalde zijn Associate’s degree als Certified Trust Officer (CTO) bij Licent Academy.

Zijn professionele loopbaan startte Wouter bij de Adecco Groep als Consultant Finance & Administratie, waarna hij bij de Cadac Group, een ICT bedrijf, uiteindelijk Manager Professional Resources werd. In 2007 versterkte Wouter het Delfin team als senior recruiter en maakte in 2014 de overstap naar Delfin Corporate Services als Trust Officer.

In 2018 volgde zijn benoeming tot Managing Director bij Delfin Corporate Services, na een goedkeurend besluit van De Nederlandsche Bank op 11 april 2018.

Wouter started his career as an Consultant Finance & Administration by Adecco Group. He continued his professional career by Cadac Group, a family owned company as Manager Professional Resources before joining Delfin in 2007.

In 2014 Wouter joined Delfin Corporate Services as trust officer and in 2018 Wouter was appointed as Managing Director by Delfin Corporate Services, after an approving resolution by the Dutch Central Bank on 11th april 2018.
